3. Professional and Financial Disclaimer

The projections, earnings estimates, and financial comparisons displayed on this Service are based on historical aggregate data. They are statistical summaries of what groups of graduates have earned in the past — they are not predictions of what any individual will earn in the future.

Specifically:

• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical earnings data reflects economic conditions, labor market dynamics, and institutional characteristics that may change materially over time. The conditions that produced past outcomes may not persist.
• Projections reflect ranges, not certainties. Any earnings estimate shown is derived from aggregated historical data and carries inherent statistical uncertainty. Individual outcomes will vary — often significantly — from any central estimate shown.
• Individual outcomes are highly variable. Your actual earnings will depend on factors not captured in any historical dataset, including but not limited to: your individual skills, performance, career choices, geographic location, employment sector, personal network, time-to-graduation, and broader economic conditions at the time you enter the workforce.
• Completion matters. A degree produces the salary and career outcomes associated with completion only for those who complete the program. Completion rates vary meaningfully by program, institution, and student characteristics. Data presented here may not account for the experience of students who do not complete their program.
• Costs are equally variable. Tuition, fees, cost of living, scholarship availability, and total time to completion vary substantially across students, programs, and institutions. Any cost-benefit analysis you perform using this Service should be informed by the specific costs you will actually incur.
• Occupational projections involve uncertainty. Labor market and occupational data reflect historical employment patterns. They do not guarantee that any occupation, industry, or salary range will be accessible or remain stable over a 10-year horizon.

4. Statistical Methodology and Data Sources

The projections and comparisons on this Service are derived from publicly available aggregate data sources, which may include:

• U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS)
• National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) / Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS)
• U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard
• Other federal, state, or institutional datasets as noted

Methodology notes:

• Earnings figures represent historical medians or means for defined graduate populations and occupational groups. They are not individual predictions.
• Multi-year projections are extrapolated from historical data using statistical methods. They assume approximate stability in the factors underlying historical patterns, which may not hold.
• Geographic variation may not be fully reflected in national or regional aggregates. Earnings in your local market may differ substantially from the figures shown.
• Data sources are updated on varying schedules. There may be a lag between real-world conditions and the data reflected here.

Samantar does not warrant that its methodology is superior to any alternative approach, or that outputs are free from error. Users with quantitative questions about data sources or methods are encouraged to consult the underlying federal data sources directly.

Geographic scope. The Service currently presents data for the State of Texas. Data for additional states is in active development and will be enabled through the Service's deployment pipeline as it becomes available. Users located in, or considering institutions in, other states should be aware that local labor market conditions, tuition rates, institutional costs, and career outcomes may differ materially from the Texas-based data currently displayed. Samantar makes no representation that data available for Texas accurately reflects conditions in any other state or region.

Beta status. The Service is in beta. Data coverage, features, and methodologies are subject to change. Some features described in marketing materials or visible in the interface may be staged, paused, or otherwise not yet active in production.

5. FTC Disclosure Regarding Earnings Representations

Pursuant to Federal Trade Commission guidance on earnings claims:

• Typical results: The earnings figures presented on this Service are population-level historical medians and means. They reflect typical outcomes for the aggregated group represented, not outcomes guaranteed to any individual.
• Results are not guaranteed. Samantar makes no representation that any user of this Service will achieve the earnings figures, career outcomes, or return-on-investment shown.
• Many users will not achieve the displayed results. Individual outcomes depend on the factors described in Section 3, many of which are not captured in aggregate historical data.

This disclosure is provided in accordance with the FTC's requirements for clear and conspicuous disclosure of the basis for, and limitations of, any earnings representations.

Use of this Service does not create any professional, fiduciary, or advisory relationship between you and Samantar LLC.
